Every detail was clearly explained. We even got the car after a service and an MOT ( even though it had 6 months left on it). Got a test drive within 15 mins.

Very happy got my AC heating control unit replaced I can turn my heating on and off now in my car.I had bought the part of eBay so it was a case of them taking out the broken unit and replacing it with the new one I bought . The price to get it fitted was really good plus my car got a wash.I will gladly come back here anyday.Staff all so friendly and very professional.

Looking to change our car we looked at 7 different vehicles -- and settled on another Mazda CX-5, but wanted the better 2.5L auto model. We did not want to deal with Arnold Clark again in Aberdeen, so looked for other Scottish Mazda dealers, to see if the had a demo car to try first. SDM Mazda was the only dealer that had one, and I spoke to Steven over the phone to arrange a visit and test. From the outset, very approachable, knowledgeable and honest -- we had a perfect test drive around Falkirk in the showroom car, and signed the deal that afternoon for a new 25 plate CX-5 Takumi in deep crystal blue. Steven was just absolutely amazing. His keen attitude, support, guidance was just beyond our expectations, even while adding/forgetting on some options/accessories, and that fact there was a model available in UK, made it all the more fun, its wasn't stressful as it could have been elsewhere! But we were in good hands, and had looked up SDM Mazda and their previous reviews were spot on. Collected new car just 3 weeks after our first visit, and the drive home really tested our purchase with the wet windy weather, car handled very well, sport mode is fun, music through Bose audio very cool and very happy with our purchase. We can't recommend Steven and SDM Mazda team enough. Car has already been hand detailed at home and looks brilliant. With all our changes over to the Mazda CX-5, we're nearly £22 better off per month compared to our old deal, and that includes my gap insurance, fully comp insurance and Mazda annual service costs.
