We want to reassure all of our valued customers that we are following government advice to help maintain your safety and that of our colleagues during your visit to our dealerships.

​BEFORE YOU VISIT

Help us to limit the number of people in our dealership by booking an appointment in advance.

​We ask that you only visit if you are well and no one in your household is self-isolating with symptoms. Contact us if you need to rearrange your appointment. Please visit alone, or with just one other person from your household.

Please empty your car and clean it to a reasonable standard, so we can work on it safely, and clean it effectively before handing it back to you.

If possible bring a means of paying by card or contactless. We are trying to limit cash payments.



WHEN YOU ARRIVE

We will welcome you and make sure you are looked after.

​Please follow signage at the entrance. Maintain a safe distance from any other customers.

Use the hand sanitiser we have made available on arrival, throughout your visit and when you leave.

If dropping off your vehicle, please put your keys through the plexiglass on the desk. The keys will then be sanitised and bagged.



WHILE YOU ARE HERE

Your experience will be a little different to usual.

Keep your distance. Maintain the 2 metre distancing rule at all times. Our floor markings and signs will help you do this.

We will be sanitising all surfaces, keys and vehicles between every use.

Unfortunately at present we are not able to offer refreshments but you are welcome to bring your own.

AT THE END OF YOUR VISIT

We'll hand over your vehicle and finalise any documentation electronically if you would prefer.

We will thoroughly sanitise your vehicle and keys before returning them to you.

We’ll ask you to pay by credit or debit card if possible to avoid the need to handle cash.

We know you sometimes have questions once you’re home. Please don’t hesitate to contact us and our team will be happy to help.
