The MX-5 has without a doubt been a very successful car for Mazda since it's first release 27 years ago. It has won hundreds of awards from all over the world. It is also the only car in history to win both World Car of the Year and World Design of the Year at the 2016 New York International Auto Show.
To celebrate the occasion Mazda are giving the One Millionth MX-5 a global tour! They are kicking off the tour on the 3rd May at the Flower Parade of the Hiroshima Flower Festival. The MX-5 will then have a few more stops before it reaches America in September.
This is an amazing milestone for Mazda and it is definitely one to celebrate!
