​We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Vehicle Administrator to join our Administration team at the Head Office in Middlefield Falkirk. As a key member of our Sales Administration department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our Sales departments with a focus on accuracy and excellent customer service.

As a Sales Administrator, you will be an integral part of our fast-paced administration department, providing essential support to our branch sales team and dealership accountant across our three sites.

About the Role:Your responsibilities will include:

Contribute to Daily Workload: Support the branch sales team and dealership accountant in managing their daily workload effectively.

Efficient Paperwork Processing: Process invoices, paperwork, and customer details with accuracy and efficiency.

Vehicle Stock Management: Order, update, check, and record all vehicle stock details to ensure accurate inventory management.

Prompt Taxation Processing: Complete taxation of sold vehicles promptly to support smooth customer delivery handovers.

Maintain High-Quality Work: Uphold a consistent standard of high-quality work in all administrative tasks.

Professional Communication: Communicate in a confidential, professional, and appropriate manner with team members and external stakeholders.

Continuous Development: Actively participate in the continuous development of personal skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Adhoc Administration: Complete general adhoc administration duties as and when required to contribute to the overall efficiency of the department.

​What we are looking for:​

• Prior experience in an administrative role is essential
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
• Previous experience with Kerridge software is advantageous, but not essential (full on site training provided)
