SDM are a Family Owned Group of Four Franchises based at two sites in Falkirk
The Company was founded in 1963 by Ronnie Aitken who began trading as Square Deal Motors from small sites in Meeks Road and Bryson Street Falkirk. He gradually built up a reputation for quality and customer service in the town, building his Ladysmill garage from scratch in 1966.
The site opened in 1966 with the Toyota franchise, and today SDM is the longest serving Toyota dealer in the UK. In the 1970's he was joined by his two sons Brian and David and in recent years by Brians three daughters Helen, Jenny and Lisa.
The group now have a state of the art Toyota facility at Ladysmill, Falkirk.
Not too far away they have a huge mixed development at Middlefield Road, Falkirk,which features Hyundai, Mazda and Nissan. All sites sell new and used cars, repair vehicles and supply parts.The group have held the Hyundai franchise for over 25 years and the Mazda franchise for 25 years also.
Also at Middlefield Site we have our SDM bodyshop which is fully equipped with all the latest technology should you have an accident.Stuart Vannet, our bodyshop manager, can liaise with the insurance companies on your behalf to sort out any issues you may have.
